Migrating from Lightspeed to Shopify gave Brunott the tools to efficiently improve their marketing strategies.

Despite being a well-established jewelry business, Brunott faced challenges in growing its online presence with its Lightspeed store.

The platform did not allow the company to fully showcase its unique brand identity, as it lacked the flexibility required to create a bespoke design that truly reflected the luxury and elegance of Brunott’s products. The company also struggled to run the marketing campaigns they wanted, which were essential for reaching a wider audience and driving sales.

These limitations prevented Brunott from achieving its full potential online and hindered its ability to compete with other established jewelry brands in the market.

As a result, the company recognized the need for a new e-commerce solution that would enable them to overcome these obstacles and take their online business to the next level. After careful consideration and research, Brunott decided to migrate to the Shopify platform, which provided them with the flexibility and tools they needed to build a unique, bespoke online store and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Implementing a balanced customer retention strategy

As part of the project, we implemented a comprehensive customer retention strategy that incorporated multiple platforms and tools. We began by integrating Okendo reviews into the website, allowing customers to leave feedback and reviews on their purchases. This helped to build trust and credibility for the brand, as potential customers could see firsthand the positive experiences of others who had purchased from Brunott.

In addition to reviews, we also implemented Gorgias as customer service tool to ensure that customers are able to connect to Brunott if they have any questions. Gorgias allowed Brunott to streamline customer support by centralizing all communication channels into one platform. This made it easier for the customer service team to handle inquiries, process returns, and manage orders, providing customers with a seamless experience.

To further incentivize customer loyalty, we integrated Loyalty Lion into the website, allowing customers to earn points for purchases, referrals, and social media engagement.

This incentivized repeat purchases and encouraged customers to share their positive experiences with others.

Finally, we utilized Klaviyo for email marketing, sending personalized emails to customers based on their purchase history and behavior on the website. This allowed Brunott to stay top-of-mind with its customers and provide them with relevant content and offers to keep them engaged and returning to the website.

Together, these platforms and tools formed a comprehensive customer retention strategy that helped Brunott to build brand loyalty, increase customer lifetime value, and drive repeat purchases. By leveraging these tools, Brunott was able to provide its customers with a truly exceptional online shopping experience that matched the quality and elegance of its products.
