Additionally, Bouncewear’s loyalty program includes basketball-themed tiers – Rookie, Pro, All Star, and Hall of Fame (VIP). These tiers offer exclusive perks for in-store and online customers, with incentives like Welcome Bounce Points, BOUNCEclub birthday gifts, and app downloads, creating an engaging, seamless experience across channels.

Since integrating REVIEWS.io, Bouncewear has seen impactful improvements across key performance metrics:
