Sales Executive

Radikal is a digital agency that builds webshops, websites and activates them through online marketing.

Working as our sales executive you will be responsible for sourcing and converting current and new business leads and generally working with the rest of the sales team, to develop, maintain and evolve our market position and agency proposition.

As a sales executive, you participate in the entire sales process at Radikal. This includes, prospect creation, lead management, sales administration and pipeline management. You work closely with our senior sales to close deals with prospects and clients. You will be heavily involved in the lead qualification process and first contacts with new leads. We use modern sales tools and pipeline management to create our sales machine suited for an e-commerce agency. You will be rewarded for your success.

  • Develop warm and cold leads and build the business pipeline
  • Creating a detailed approach that is updated regularly and shared with management
  • Outbound prospecting via email, phone and face to face meetings
  • Participate in account brainstorming and communication strategy development
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead to project

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and needs
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

  • Trustworthy
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

The Interview Process:

  • There will be a 2 stage interview process
  • You may be asked to compile a short sales presentation
